Description
The WW9 “French Guinea Stamp” Archive Boxy Tee
Adornment. Poise. Women of Guinea.
This postage stamp is inscribed “RF” (République Française) and “Guinée,” marking it as an issue of French Guinea, the French colony that became the independent Republic of Guinea in 1958. It carries a face value of 20 francs. Its exact issue date isn’t confirmed here.
The front of the shirt carries the full stamp as a rectangular image, perforated edges included: an engraved group of women with elaborate braided hairstyles and jewelry, printed in its original sepia-mauve tone with DTG.
The Canvas:
This unisex boxy tee is made from 100% combed cotton (280g/m²). The heavyweight fabric gives the shirt a substantial vintage feel, while the drop shoulders and loose, boxy cut give a relaxed fit. Reactive-dyed for long-lasting color.
