These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of worldw9r.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from Worldw9r (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order.
2. Products and pricing
We try to display our products, colors and prices accurately, but screens vary and errors can happen. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
3. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including for suspected fraud or unavailable stock. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card details. Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email.
4. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. All sales are final except as described in our Refund & Returns Policy.
5. Accounts
If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been used without permission.
6. Intellectual property
All designs, graphics, text, logos and other content on the Site belong to Worldw9r or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use them commercially without our written permission. Buying a product does not transfer any rights to its design.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful.
8. Disclaimer
The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worldw9r is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Worldw9r harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
